Had my truck in for a peace of mind....From start to finish and even after my own dealership gave me a hard time....karla was amazing and unbelievable in the way she handled me and my problems and concerns I had....She definitely went above and beyond for someone who didn't even buy a Ram from them ....definitely this dealer has my business from now on thanks to this Great employee....

We bought a 2019 Cherokee from Grimsby Chrysler even though the dealership is a 2 hour drive from our home. Right options, right price. When the rear view mirror disconnected from the windshield we thought it would be an easy fix under guarantee at our local Chrysler dealership. NOT! Our local dealership insisted it was not covered by guarantee. A critical part fell off of the car that is less than a year old, how can that not be guaranteed? Useless discussions with Fiat Chrysler Canada went on for 5 weeks without satisfaction. Mike Fox at Grimsby Chrysler did not hesitate to get the problem fixed. Thank you Mike!

I think for most people, venturing into a car dealership can be intimidating. It makes sense, it's a process that most of us do a handful of times in our lives, and we realize that we have no real idea of how the process of a vehicle purchase really happens. For myself, I don't really like being in a position of "being at the mercy" of a process I don't understand, so to say that I approached the thought of a car purchase with a large dose of cynicism would be correct. This was my second purchase from Grimsby Chrysler, and I was happy with my last purchase, obviously seeing as I returned to purchase another vehicle. This time was different, I left my purchase experience feeling less like a customer, less like a sales number and more that I have a dealership I can work with in the coming years, and grow with as my vehicle needs change. Derrick and Lisa left me feeling that they were working on my behalf, that it wasn't just about making a sale. Honestly, the best experience ever... I just wish I had space to park more vehicles, so I could do it all over again.
